Founders of Mifuko

Mari Martikainen and Minna Impiö are the co-founders of Mifuko, a Finnish-Kenyan fair trade design company they established together in 2009. The two met while studying Textile Art and Design at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki, where a shared passion for craft, materials and purposeful design laid the foundation for everything that followed.
