Ingredients
- 120g almond butter
- 30g raw cacao powder
- Zest of 1 orange
- 6–7 soft dates
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: cacao nibs or crushed pistachios for coating
Method
- Blend dates, almond butter, cacao, orange zest and salt until smooth.
- Roll into balls.
- Coat in cacao nibs or pistachios.
- Chill for 20 minutes to firm.
