Cacao, Orange & Almond Truffles

Ingredients

  • 120g almond butter
  • 30g raw cacao powder
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 6–7 soft dates
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: cacao nibs or crushed pistachios for coating

Method

  1. Blend dates, almond butter, cacao, orange zest and salt until smooth.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Coat in cacao nibs or pistachios.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes to firm.
