Grass-Fed Beef Meatballs In Tomato & Spinach Sauce

"Rich in antioxidants, this quick dish is a mid-week saviour. Deeply nourishing and high in protein, it supports energy levels, hormones, immunity and overall health. The high vitamin C content in the tomatoes is particularly supportive for the adrenal glands and helps lower cortisol while regulating the stress response," says nutritional therapist Alexa Mullane.
