Wild Garlic & Goat’s Cheese Baked Eggs

Wild Garlic & Goat’s Cheese Baked Eggs

Ingredients

4 eggs

50g wild garlic, chopped

80g soft goat’s cheese

100ml cream

1 tbsp ghee or avocado oil (15ml)

Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Lightly sauté wild garlic in ghee in a pan until just wilted.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and pour over cream.
  4. Crack eggs on top, scatter goat’s cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until just set.
