Ingredients
4 eggs
50g wild garlic, chopped
80g soft goat’s cheese
100ml cream
1 tbsp ghee or avocado oil (15ml)
Salt & pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Lightly sauté wild garlic in ghee in a pan until just wilted.
- Transfer to a baking dish and pour over cream.
- Crack eggs on top, scatter goat’s cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until just set.
