Ingredients
- 4 organic chicken legs (drumstick + thigh)
- 2 tbsp za’atar spice mix
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & black pepper
For the sauce:
- 200g natural organic yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method
- Rub chicken with za’atar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Roast at 200°C for 30–35 mins until golden and cooked through.
- Mix yoghurt and lemon juice; serve alongside.
