Ingredients

  • 100g 85% dark chocolate
  • 30g tahini
  • 15g maple syrup
  • 30g puffed quinoa or brown rice Goji berries
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Melt the dark chocolate gently over hot water.
  2. Stir in tahini and maple syrup until glossy.
  3. Fold through the puffed grains until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon mixture into small nest shapes on baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and chill until set (about 20 minutes). Add goji berries to centre as 'eggs'.
