Ingredients
- 100g 85% dark chocolate
- 30g tahini
- 15g maple syrup
- 30g puffed quinoa or brown rice Goji berries
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate gently over hot water.
- Stir in tahini and maple syrup until glossy.
- Fold through the puffed grains until evenly coated.
- Spoon mixture into small nest shapes on baking paper.
- Sprinkle with salt and chill until set (about 20 minutes). Add goji berries to centre as 'eggs'.
