Ingredients
- 400g Sunflower seeds
- 400g Pumpkin seeds
- 100g Flax seeds
- 100g chopped Walnuts (optional)
- 50ml Olive oil
- 30gr Salt
- 20gr Black pepper
- 20gr Garlic granules
- 20gr Cumin powder
- 20gr chilli powder
Method
- Put all the seeds in a baking tray, drizzle the oil and seasonings and mix everything well.
- Let it roast in the oven for about 30 minutes at a medium temperature of around 150 degrees. Test to see if they are crunchy after 25 minutes — if not, let them roast a bit longer.
- Once they are cooled, fill them into an airtight container and sprinkle on top of all your favourite dishes to add a healthy fats boost or keep in your bag as a snack.
