"Wild garlic is one of my favourite ingredients. The season is fleeting, which makes it feel rare and precious, and if you forage it yourself there's a warm glow of accomplishment when you eat it. This salad nourishes hormones through an abundance of fibre and a drizzle of good olive oil, while the wild garlic supports hormone detoxification. It's also warming and moreish.
